Hello dear friends, happy to share today with you, whenever I can I join to answer the questions that are asked week after week in this wonderful community The 2 questions have caught my attention and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to participate.

Las 2 interrogantes han llamado mucho mi atención y pues no podía dejar pasar la oportunidad de participar

1️⃣ Scenario 1: A reputation 52 friend says that she no longer wants to be active in Hive, claiming that she can't make the time, the coin is so low valued, and only a few people ever read her posts. What could you do to encourage and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Other?

1️⃣ Escenario 1: una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere estar activa en Hive, alegando que no puede hacer el tiempo, la moneda tiene un valor muy bajo y solo unas pocas personas leen sus publicaciones. ¿Qué podrías hacer para alentarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos para escribir? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otro?

Hive came into my life at a very difficult time, I am Venezuelan and you already know everything that has touched us, every start is hard and more on a platform where you hardly know anyone or do not have the necessary tools I have read many blogs that are very good and do not have the support they deserve, but the key is perseverance, the currency goes up and down, the important thing is to continue and not stop publishing, yes, always giving the best and that our content is original, my blog is very varied, I love makeup and some days you see me giving it my all there, but I also like cooking and many other things, that is something I love about this platform that there are no limitations for our publications, it can be done what we like and monetize for it, besides there are many communities in which to publish and many times very good rewards are received Something extremely important is to interact, comment to other users that will help you add followers and people who are interested in your content, (always read the complete content before commenting, many times they do not read it completely and the comment does not match) always give the importance we would like to have Hive is an extraordinary work tool, you can always make time for what we are passionate about, with Hive I have learned and I will continue to do so, I am sure that the time will come for your publications to obtain the value they deserve

Hive llegó a mi vida en un momento muy difícil, soy venezolana y pues ya saben todo lo que nos ha tocado, todo comienzo es duro y más en una plataforma donde no conoces a casi nadie o no tienes las herramientas necesarias
He leído muchos blog que son muy buenos y no tienen el apoyo que se merecen pero la clave está en la constancia, la moneda sube y baja lo importante es seguir y no dejar de publicar, eso sí dando siempre lo mejor y que nuestro contenido sea original, mi blog es muy variado, amo el maquillaje y unos días me ven dándolo todo allí, pero también me gusta cocinar y muchas cosas más, eso es algo que me encanta de está plataforma que no hay limitaciones para nuestras publicaciones, se puede hacer lo que nos gusta y monetizar por ello, aparte hay muchas comunidades en las cuales publicar y muchas veces se reciben muy buenas recompensas
Algo sumamente importante es interactuar, comentar a los otros usuarios eso te ayudará a ir sumando seguidores y personas que le interesen tu contenido, (leer siempre el contenido completo antes de comentar, muchas veces no leen completo y el comentario no concuerda) siempre dar la importancia que nos gustaría tener
Hive es una extraordinaria herramienta de trabajo siempre se puede hacer tiempo para lo que nos apasiona, con Hive he aprendido y lo seguiré haciendo, estoy segura que llegara el momento que tus publicaciones obtengan el valor que merece

2️⃣ Scenario 2: A reputation 58 girl is frustrated over her last post having been downvoted to half it’s payout by a Watchdog account accusing her of plagiarism. She becomes angry and vows to quit Hive. What could you do to help resolve the situation? Tell her to relax? Other? Thoughts?

2️⃣ Escenario 2: una chica de reputación 58 está frustrada porque su última publicación fue rechazada a la mitad de su pago por una cuenta de Watchdog que la acusa de plagio. Ella se enoja y jura dejar Hive. ¿Qué podrías hacer para ayudar a resolver la situación? ¿Decirle que se relaje? ¿Otro? ¿Pensamientos?

It is frustrating to have a reward and that they take it away in the middle of the days is the worst, so when publishing it is essential that the content and photographs are our property and if not, cite the source from where we are taking the image, that will help us avoid many bad times, We must also be clear that here, as there is a positive vote, there is also a negative one and unfortunately it can come when you least expect it, the rewards are only safe after collecting them, if they gave you that negative vote by mistake, you can appeal and find a way to get it remove it, surely in a few days you will still be active and this will remain as an experience, you can also learn a lot from bad times, the important thing is not to allow ourselves to lose our goal

Es frustrante contar con un recompensa y que te la quiten a mitad de los días es lo peor, por eso a la hora de publicar es fundamental que el contenido y fotografías sean de nuestra propiedad y si no es así citar la fuente de dónde estamos tomando la imagen, eso nos ayudará a evitar muchos malos ratos,
También debemos estar claros que aquí como existe un voto positivo también lo hay negativo y lamentablemente puede llegar cuando menos lo esperes, las recompensas solo están seguras después de cobrarlas, si por error te dieron ese voto negativo puedes apelar y buscar la forma que te lo quiten, seguro en unos días sigues activas y esto te queda como experiencia, de los malos momentos también se aprende mucho, lo importante es no permitirnos perder nuestro objetivo
