Всім привіт читачі з Української спільноти та й не тільки. Сьогодні теща перед тим як піти на роботу у нічну зміну заходилася готувати. Прислала мені фотографію зі своєю випічкою. Як завжди казала що готувати нічого не буде, а сама випікала, прикрашала здобу. Паски на столі а також крашанки, навіть якщо в країні війна, але ж це теща. Вона завжди каже, що не на часі святкування та немає настрою щось там готувати, а потім присилає ось такі фотографії. І це так продовжується не перший рік.
Я не знаю чи випікають паски у інших країнах, але у нас в Україні кожна господарка намагається спекти хоча трійко рулетів, пасок, кексів. І обов'язково прикрашають цю здобу білою глазур'ю та яскравими присипками. Здоба з сиром, з маком, з родзинками, з додаванням лимонної або апельсинової цедри, з ароматом ванілі. Виглядає смачно, лишається тільки дочекатися свята і куштувати всю цю смакоту. Нажаль цього року я не спробую здоби від тещі, але те що вона смачна я не сумніваюся.
Hello to all readers from the Ukrainian community and beyond. Today, before going to work on the night shift, my mother-in-law started cooking. She sent me a photo of her baking. As always, she said that there would be nothing to cook, but she herself baked and decorated the pastry. Belts on the table, as well as eggs, even if there is a war in the country, but this is the mother-in-law. She always says that it's not time for a celebration and she's not in the mood to cook, and then she sends photos like this. And this is not the first year that this continues.
I don't know if paskas are baked in other countries, but here in Ukraine, every housewife tries to bake at least three rolls, paskas, and cupcakes. And be sure to decorate this pastry with white glaze and bright sprinkles. Zloba with cheese, with poppy seeds, with raisins, with the addition of lemon or orange peel, with the aroma of vanilla. It looks delicious, it remains only to wait for the holiday and taste all this deliciousness. Unfortunately, this year I will not try the spoils from my mother-in-law, but I have no doubt that it is delicious.
