The first edition has just ended and this time we will enter the second edition in this very exciting 17 week. In this second edition, I will explain some things about pets, and of course this is very interesting to discuss, especially for those of you who have pets which of course you like the most. For that, I'll try to tell you a bit of my opinion on this here, so read carefully.

Talking about pets is indeed very exciting, how not, many people really like pets which are usually dominated by cats and dogs who have also been human friends for a long time, especially dogs who also have intelligence so that they can help humans in several jobs including tracking animals hunt, and the like. Many people also take care of adopted animals and also they take care of abandoned animals on the streets and make these animals into their pets. Of course, in keeping pets, many costs will be incurred and this is a common thing that happens even some people consider pets as members of their own family and this is really something that is very useful.
In addition to keeping pets that are commonly kept such as cats and dogs, many people also choose to keep rare animals and even wild animals that are usually found in the wild such as snakes, lions, and bears, of course wild animals. This must be maintained properly so as not to threaten the lives of others in its maintenance. Animals such as birds have also accompanied humans for a long time, and these pets are often placed in very good cages and used as decorations that are usually in front of the house, I also really like various kinds of birds such as parrots, starlings, and also an owl with which it can turn its head backwards. Of course in the care of these exotic animals we must be able to understand them well so that we can take good care of them, understand their food needs and so on which of course requires good experience to do so.

For myself, I'm not interested in keeping any animals even though I really like seeing people take care of their pets. What's more, I am not experienced in raising any animals and I myself support people who are trying to raise their beloved pets either because of hobbies or otherwise. For me, people who have a hobby of keeping pets are smart people, because if they feel tired, they can unwind with their pets and this is very beneficial for them. Even though I don't intend to keep any animals, it doesn't mean I don't like animals to be kept, in fact I really like them but because I think I can't take care of them, I don't want to keep them.
If I could, I would really like to keep an Owl because I think Owls are very exotic and very unique animals, both in terms of the colors they have and the characteristics they have. The only animal that has a spine and can rotate its head up to 360⁰, I think that's quite interesting. Owls can fly without making any sound or very quiet and this has been carried out by experiments and research. Owls are also often associated with mystical things and for some people the sound emitted by Owls at certain times has a meaning and harbinger of something that will happen and this is really a special feature of this owl itself.
However, to keep an owl, we need a lot of money, including for food. Since this owl is a carnivorous animal, the feed of this owl itself consists of other animals which are definitely more expensive than other feeds such as cat and dog food. And of course other treatments such as drugs and supplements so that he does not contract the disease also requires a hefty fee and this of course requires good experience to understand the nature and movements of the owl.

Owls also can not be put in a cage like birds in general, at least we need a spacious place or cage to place it and also a place that is not stuffy, of course this is outdoors, even so the owl must still be placed in a shady place and protected from rain and hot sun. Owls are also animals that don't stay in a cage for too long, therefore Owls also need to be removed occasionally to refresh them and at the same time to train them so that their hunting abilities and instincts remain and don't disappear because we always place them in a cage. In essence, things like this require a good experience with the Owl and this is not owned by just anyone. However, if we want to maintain it, we must have a suitable place and have many supporting facilities to maintain it, and some knowledge in caring for it.

Maybe this is all I can say in the 2nd edition of this week's contest, I hope you are satisfied with my statement, and see you in another post.

Nice write up bro.
Thanks for inviting me. I don't know if I can participate. You mentioned different kind of pets but we had a pet once. Guess what it is.

It's a mongoose...
When it died we wept for long

Dear @deimage, we need your help!

The Hivebuzz proposal already got important support from the community. However, it lost its funding a few days ago when the HBD stabilizer proposal rose above it.

May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work?
You can do it on Peakd, Ecency, Hive.blog or using HiveSigner.

All votes are helpful and yours will be much appreciated.
Thank you!

Wow... having an owl as a pet sure requires a lot of work. I don't think I would want to be weighed down by such😂
But since you like them, good for you.✌
Thank you for sharing this with us.

Yup, to pet an Owl, we need a lot of experience, its little bit tricky, I've seen a few people taking care of him and find it really not that easy to do, that's why I had to think twice about doing it.
