The journey to achieving your goals in life is not going to be an easy one, therefore you need to be prepared to face every challenge that come your way. Some of the challenges you are going to face will probably have to do with the fact that you are not seeing results as fast as you want. It is the joy of everyone to start getting good results on everything they do as fast as possible. But if it is the other way around, frustration can set it which may lead to lack of motivation and drive.

So, it is important to celebrate your wins, no matter how small they may seem. Most times, when you start something new, it may take months or some years to start getting any major morale boosting results. However, you'd notice some minor progress that will turn out to be the major success in some time to come. You must start celebrating those small positive success before the groundbreaking ones. It is the small wins that draw you close to your big goals.

It is important that you identify that which you are passionate about and happy when you are doing it. When you have the happy feeling and excitement about what you are doing, then the patience to wait for your big wins will not be a serious problem. Patience is very important because we all want to see quick results. Some people may give up when they don't see quick results, however, with patience you'd definitely laugh last.

The small wins must be recognized and celebrated to keep your morale high. You may assume that there are no significant results if you don't celebrate the success you make in each step. Don't fail to identify at least one thing in a day that is pulling you closer to your goals. It may be something as simple as understanding a process you have been trying to work on for a long time.

Let me tell you a short story from personal experience. I made a post some weeks back that I wanted to start a fashion training class to refresh my memory about the fashion business and to learn new trendy styles. There was a style that I learnt how to sew on YouTube some months ago and I tried it with an outfit, but it didn't come out well. I didn't get how to sew the breastpad well (it wasn't balanced). During my training, I explained to my boss and she told me the right way to do it. I experimented it on another dress and it came out well. I was very happy for being able to do that which I thought wasn't going to be easy for me with ease. This gave me more motivation to learn more things.

By the time you celebrate your small wins, in no time the big one will arrive and you'd be glad that you didn't relax or give up.
