Feliz jueves familia hive, bendecido día para todos, hoy les traigo una receta súper fácil y nutritiva.
Este es un alimento nutricionalmente denso, rico en vitamina A, C, calcio, hierro y zinc, un complemento para la alimentación inicial de nuestros hijos, con micronutrientes esenciales durante la infancia.

Ingredientes

✓ Media auyama en trozos
✓ 1/4 de leche condensada
✓ 2 cucharadas de azúcar
✓ 6 cucharadas de leche en polvo

This is a nutritionally dense food, rich in vitamin A, C, calcium, iron and zinc, a complement to the initial diet of our children, with essential micronutrients during childhood.

Ingredients

✓ Half pumpkin in pieces
✓ 1/4 condensed milk
✓ 2 tablespoons sugar
✓ 6 tablespoons of powdered milk

Preparación

  • En una olla con agua cocinamos la auyama, después de cocida dejamos en reposar.

  • Luego se licúa sin la cáscara con un poco de agua donde se cocinó, junto a la leche condensada, azúcar, y leche en polvo, hasta que se integren todos los ingredientes y tengamos una mezcla espesa.

  • Colocamos a refrigerar y servimos frío.

Preparation

  • In a pot with water we cook the squash, after cooking we let it rest.
  • Then it is liquefied without the shell with a little water where it was cooked, together with the condensed milk, sugar, and powdered milk, until all the ingredients are integrated and we have a thick mixture.
  • We put to refrigerate and serve cold.
