Hola queridos amigos, bienvenidos a un nuevo post, como todos los años mis dos hermanas @mayraro05, @alfrednoyed y yo, preparamos las hallacas en casa de mi mamá, este año se sumó mi tía.

Hello dear friends, welcome to a new post, like every year my two sisters @mayraro05, @alfrednoyed and I prepare the Hallas at my mother's house, this year my aunt joined.

Empezamos a montar las Hallacas con 2 kilos de harina amarilla bien amasada, 5 kilos de un exquisito guiso de pollo con verduras, aceitunas y alcaparras hecho por mi mamá y algunas uvas pasas.

We started to assemble the Hallacas with 2 kilos of well-kneaded yellow flour, 5 kilos of an exquisite chicken stew with vegetables, olives and capers made by my mother, and some raisins.

Cada una tuvo una tarea, yo lavé las hojas previamente cocidas, mi tía ayudo con la masa, mi hermana expandió la masa sobre las hojas, mi mamá relleno y cerró las Hallacas y mi otra hermana las ató.

Each one had a task, I washed the previously cooked leaves, my aunt helped with the dough, my sister spread the dough on the leaves, my mother filled and closed the Hallacas and my other sister tied them.

Éste es uno de mis momentos favoritos, poder compartir en familia entre risas, chistes y un rico vino.

This is one of my favorite moments, being able to share with the family with laughter, jokes and a delicious wine.

En total fueron 50 Hallacas de pollo, aún falta por hacer las de puerco 🤤, les estaré publicando su elaboración.

In total there were 50 chicken Hallacas, the pork ones still need to be made 🤤, I will be publishing their elaboration.
