My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #136
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
A vast extra tropical cyclone off the British Isles favors the ascent of a promontory of the African anticyclone on the Italian peninsula in the form of a boot. The result is a wonderful sunny day without the shadow of a cloud in the sky. The view from the balcony is one that makes you alive from the early hours of the morning.
The only pity is that it is again a torrid heat in the style of August. A friend of mine invites me for a coffee at the bar and then I go out for my jog. Unfortunately I forgot that I had to go shopping so, while I was halfway, I change my schedule and I go to the supermarket further away in order to bring home a fair number of steps.
On the way I find a beautiful group of trees and I stop under the cool shade of those green giants to celebrate my iamalivechallenge number 136. As you can see from the look on my relaxed, relaxed face, The human body, is made to stay in the middle of nature and enjoy the beneficial effects that have on the mood the smell of plants and the relief that gives you the breathing air oxygenated by that fantastic natural chemical process that is the photosynthesis chlorophyll.
And from the shadow of this oasis of green in the middle of the cement and the degradation of the suburbs of the city stands the giant overlooking the province of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, which has generated a fertile land and rich in elements for agriculture that we are exaggeratedly cementing. A waste of natural resources that should soon be remedied by reimagining our ecosystem.
Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
