My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2022 - IAAC 134 - Neaples late night late show

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Even today infiltrations of cold air in altitude veil the sky over Naples. The temperatures remain in summer as we prepare for another heat wave of this endless summer of 2022.

After lunch I go down for my usual jogging tour. I choose to leave and arrive on the longest route to avoid getting bored doing too many laps of the race track next to the municipal park of the neighborhood and thus totaling 22k of steps.

In the evening here I am, waiting for a friend of mine and I take advantage of the moment that I am standing here to celebrate my iamalivechallenge number 134. Oh yes I’m never tired of being alive it’s time to have some fun.

In the evening we go down the streets of Naples. It’s been a while since I went there the lights and the view of the city are always a pleasure for my eyes. We walked along the legendary Via Caracciolo.

The promenade where there is a magnificent pedestrian area with the crowded and equally extraordinary pizzerias.

Tonight the moon gave a show tonight creating a play of lights in the water of the Gulf of Naples.

A ship and a boat were inserted in the bright frame creating a picture that left enchanted the lucky spectator who walked along the promenade.

Even the Castel dell'Ovo with its village of sailors and excellent restaurants today have made the crowd. On the streets of breathed the smell of the sea and fish dishes. At the end of the evening another 10k of steps accumulated.

Finally I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next actifit report.
