My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #114
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
The bad weather this morning soon left room for a beautiful sunny summer day with average temperatures and air humidity at tolerable levels. Weather maps seem to indicate a slow early decline in the summer season. But this is to be confirmed. It is known that for the butterfly effect the weather can vary from one moment to another.
Last night a friend of mine brought me a tablet to set up to take it to a relative in the hospital. And I borrowed it. It’s my habit not to refuse to help those in need. Solving people’s problems leads us to be better people and to trigger positive mechanisms in the human sphere.
Solved the problem almost in the evening of yesterday morning I gave the tablet to my friend who appreciated the work done. After that I could dedicate myself to my plants outside the balcony that seem to have revitalized for the improvement of temperatures.
This small succulent shrub is always very generous with blooms for much of the year with a very eye-catching orange gradation.
The cactus that, when I saved from the other balcony 6 years ago seemed soaked and dying, even today gives me the wonderful choreography of a spectacular flower. I thank him by capturing him in another fantastic photo.
This other plant in the corner has returned to very dense vegetation. At the beginning of spring I pruned it of 3/4 of its branches because it could not keep standing so it was full. He was in danger of ending up like the other plant that had broken in half and that I am reviving in that plant that you see at his feet.
I haven’t done much exercise today. But my body needs a break. In the evening, however, I went down for a walk and passed by the church to take the ritual photo to celebrate the 114 day of iamalivechallenge.
