My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #95 - Involuntarily green

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

After a night when my son Gaetano went out of his way to throw me out of bed while he slept, the awakening was greeted by the chirping of some sparrows out on the balcony coming for breakfast. Naples is known to be one of the most noisy cities in the world and all the creatures that populate it have adapted very well.

After lunch I went to my friend’s office because he had problems with some Office package programs. Then I walked back to do my usual daily jogging tour. But first I celebrated my #Iamalivechallenge 95 as soon as I found some shade.

Even today I have changed the path I usually take to combat the routine and monotony of my day. To be alive you can not distract yourself for a moment in getting lost in repetitive actions that are the silent killers of our spirit of initiative.

Back home I had to take a shower to eliminate the consequences of the exceptional sweat made. As soon as I finished I went out to the balcony for a few minutes, since I had remembered that I had to clean some plants, before drying my hair. Just finished I take the hair dryer but, to my surprise, I noticed that there was no need. This is the ultimate proof that solar energy has applications that we still have to imagine.
