My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2021

There was a frost this morning. An unusual sight! Due to global warming we don't get many in the autumn nowadays. When I was growing up we had the first frosts in late September.
Today has been a family day, helping out our daughters with their children and making sure they are happy. Also I had my Covid booster jab together with the flu jab. One in each arm, and this evening my left arm is very sore! I have heard that some people are poorly for a while after these jabs. Over the next few days I will have to make sure I've got some painkillers handy!
