Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my Yesterday Daily activities, on December 9, 2022.

In the morning I remained at home and prepared material. Lunch, then I continued and walked in the surrounding: the Frigido River's bed near home was a little more filled than usual. Some simple exercises, a shower, dinner, and went to bed.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 9 Dicembre 2022.

In mattinata sono rimasto a casa e ho preparato del materiale. Pranzo, poi ho continuato e ho passeggiato nei dintorni: il letto del Fiume Frigido vicino a casa era un po' più pieno del solito. Qualche esercizio, una doccia, cena, e sono andato a nanna.
