We are not designed to live in isolation, we are relational being with enhances massive impact and productivity in anything we do or target, that's why it neccesary to know how to relate with people atleast with some level of understanding, which basically entails placing value and honor on each other.

When there's no connectivity with people, there's no maximum productivity, your vision and goals are so big that you will still people to mentor, support, assist and work with you along the line of execution for maximum results except you will do it all alone and divide yourself into many areas at thesame time😁.

So, it's best to pay more attention to connecting and keeping good and productive relationships with superiors, intellectuals and people of like minds via effective communication, skills, transparency, accountability and honesty. It's an individual duty to develop true connectivity with people.

Remember, Relationship is more of connectivity than proximity. The fact that you are living with someone or physically in contact does not guarantee connectivity. Connectivity is a function of compatibility in vision and daily goals.

If there's compatibility in goals, It will be hard to always capitalise on errors and mistakes of the people connected to you, because you know it will stop the flow of peace and progress.

That's why apart from your blood or those automatically connected to you, it's an individual responsibility to choose people that influence and connect with you. It's not everyone around you can connect with you.

Although! You have to straighten out unavoidable errors and negligence of those connected to you as required but focus should be on achieving better results without breaking the bond of relationship easily.

You must place value and honor on people around you, even if they will offend you once a while as no one is without mistakes nor perfect, you can still maintain lasting, productive relationship with them. True connection endures with patience, serenity and kindness for greater achievements.
