Yoho Black & White
This is one of those pics which arguably looks better in black & white than colour. Probably a bit to rugged for any real legitimate rock climbing. Yeah, probably too dangerous. Photos taken from the hiking trail to Lake Oesa, Yoho Park, British Columbia. This is my entry for the daily #monomad contest.
A friendly little Hoary Marmot perched on a rock.

Don't know if it looks better in black and white than in colour but it sure looks splendid in b&w. Great job👍
Thanks for looking.

You know, I am so torn! I love, love, love the color- but, the B&W offers up contrasts that the color doesn't. The texture of the rock is more exemplified as do the trees.
You just shoved me between a rock and a hard place. Both are amazing. I can honestly say, each is as good as the other. That doesn't happen often.
It’s a unique conundrum to have (does that make sense?), it does depend on ones mood I think at times, colour or black & white..
Yes! It does. :) And I think the mood has everything to do with it.
