Rain and Shine

Rain or shine, its always a good time to be in Banff! Of course I do prefer the sunshine, but even when its rainy, it can still be very pretty. Even through the windshield. One minute the skies are virtually clear, and the next minute it is raining. Driving distance between the shine and the rain was only about twenty minutes or so. This kind of weather is very typical for the Canadian Rockies. Forecast can say one thing, wait thirty minutes, and everything can change. This is why I never tend to rely on the weather forecast, before planning a hiking trip into the wilderness. If I only relied on a sunny forecast before going out, I’d probably end up reading a lot more books indoors (and get more done around the house, you know, all them fun things :)

Although reading books indoors and getting things done is nice, yeah I'd rather go out and capture some shot's of mountains and rainbows. Sounds like a no brainer, you made the right choice. haha Nice shot's my friend.
Wintertime is best for reading, and maybe in the evenings after a long day out.

I love the indoors when I need to watch some movies or do some house stuffs but I'm also an outdoor 'girl' who loves the Sunshine, the mountains, the greenery etc, and fortunately I'm working in an area where these are in abundance but no fancy road network like the ones you have over there. So getting around sometimes could be limited.
Yea, the Rain and the Shine, each have their own enchantment and the shots you capture with your camera are so expressive.
Outdoors is where it is at. Fortunately in Canada, we have an advanced network of roadways, allowing us to travel quickly between points of interest. Thanks @edith-4angelseu.

It's like in our place, one second it's sunny then suddenly it rains. I have no problem with both though, except when I have a wet clothes that needs to dry oit, lol. Anyways, I am so in love with the first two image. The black and white version is cool, but on this one, the first three images caught my attention thr most. It's so bright and lively, love those bright trees on the background.

It's always nice to get thing done around the house and relax, but there really is no substitute for a day hiking in the mountains! Nothing quite like it!

I'm not sure about rain or shine it's all rain rain rain here. Although I've had some good news this week and the project I've been working on is going ahead. Flying out to FLorida in 2 weeks to get the ball rolling on it :)
