Fog or Cumulus Clouds

On a warm winter day, sometimes the fog lingers in the air, slowly to disappear as the day turns. I wonder what the correct term to use is, Fog or Cumulus clouds? One thing I do know for sure, it looks incredible! Which is your favourite pic?

Really nice pictures ;)
I really appreciate the first one…it instantly caught my attention
Would you mind telling me where you took this picture
Thanks. The first two photos were taken at Emerald Lake, British Columbia.
I have to say I like the first one best. I like the way the soft cloud mixes with the texture of the pines. Damn that's a lot of snow! Brrrr..
Appreciate you stopping by. Surprisingly on that day, it was relatively warm.
What?! Lol. Doesn’t look like it, but with photography you never know. Warm to you may be different than warm for me. Hahaha.
Exactly. I'm Canadian..lol
Haha. I always thank the Canadians for the polar vortex’s that come spilling down our way from time to time. 🥶❄️🤧
I in turn blame Alaska if at all possible.
Good call. Can’t argue with that!😆
I like the !st one, a low flying cloud is unique.
It was super cool to see in real life.
