Engine Bridge
(Edited)
In order to cross the Bow river around this area, one must access the engine bridge. The bridge was actively used until the 1970’s for local coal mining. Now it acts as a walking/biking bridge only. Located beside Canmore, Alberta.

That's some piece of photo equipment you got there mate haha. Beautiful (and cold) landscape.
Thanks for looking.
Beautiful views from the bridge. I often wonder if the miners appreciated the beauty of the remote places they worked.
You would think they would have. When you are there, the beauty can be overwhelming.
Its a neat bridge, I have never walked across it but maybe that will be my mission next time I get out there.
Yeah, you really ought too.
Very beautiful photography.
Thanks
