Are you working to earn a living or are you working to learn new skill sets that will take you further in life?

Hard Work

Hard work is very important but what you get out of it is equally as important if not more so. When I say "what you get out of it", I mean the things you take away, lessons learned or skill sets that are improved.

I came across this quote that has been around for a long time that is just as relevant today.

Improving One's Self

If you think about this, you will understand that learning and improving one's self will open doors along your life's journey that may have been shut and locked to you before. Yes, money from your work will put food on the table but money does not earn you respect. Respect is earned not bought.

Building on your life experiences and learning from them along the way will make opportunities available that will help get that promotion, help you start your own business or help you take the next steps to your dreams that you would have never thought possible before.

CTP 30 Day Content Challenge

The CTP 30 Day Content Challenge is helping me improve my writing, organizational and creative skills that will benefit me long after this challenge has been completed. It is helping me create the habit of creating content on a daily basis. Yes, I am used to working with numbers not words so it is a challenge for me to chose a topic and create content. But on the other hand, I find it very rewarding as it helps develop my thought processes, plan my topics and articles so they add more value to the community.

Becoming Something More

I must admit earning crypto from creating content is very nice but learning from the process along the journey is even more rewarding. I am becoming something more than I was before. What are you becoming?

I think we need to see more posts like this.

Normally, everything revolves around money. But "how can it make you grow as a person?" is a question that needs to be asked more frequently.

Yes, I am used to working with numbers not words so it is a challenge for me to chose a topic and create content.

May I compliment you on this area? You have made great progress in this area and I enjoy reading your posts and your comments. I also noticed that you are starting to write more posts about various topics and your content has substance to it. You are definitely adding value to the community.

The various challenges have helped a lot in working my mind and thought process around creating content. Thanks for the compliment, I am trying my best to add value to the community. At first, it was very hard. It is still hard but it is getting somewhat easier but selecting topics is a major challenge for me. The CTP 30 day content challenge with its calendar has helped me focus in that area.
