A PRETTY FUNDAY - Friends Hanging Out Before Departing To See Again
The day started with a phone call from my friend Kofo.
Kofo - Lanre what are you doing today?
Me - nothing much
Kofo - Let's hang at the Mayfairs executive members-only lounge
Me - sure I'm down
Kofo - the more the merrier, bring some friends along
Me - let's go have some.
So I got my brother and another friend of mine for this fun day adventure. We met up at Kofo's place and then drove in a convoy to the Mayfair Executive.
We got parked and made our way into the facility. It is pretty much an executive club and well-maintained.
It got a mini sort of indoor basketball just to let some sweat out. But we came here for bowling.
Unfortunately, the bowling setup was under maintenance so we couldn't do that so we tried out other genes such as air hockey, table tennis and foosball.
This one an intense game between these two. They brawled hard and we cheered them one.
This was the highest score for the Boxer game on the arcade floor. Don't ask me who had this score for I am just going to claim it.
This we all did, it is the arcade version of Need For Speed Carbon. The handling was too sensitive but I had a grip of it as a pro driver.
We got hungry and then decided to change location to Tamberma for lunch. That's a photo of us waiting for out orders to arrive.
A lovely fine dinner and we chose the largest table to accommodate all 7 of us.
This Tmaberma special cocktail. Mind-blowing! I recommend any day.
This is a lovely cup of beer and lime. The taste is something else.
Our orders began to arrive with the pizza. It was meaty and cheese. Good heavens, that was the best pizza I have had all year.
We needed to do it for the culture with fries and barbecue.
We took a lot of photos and videos. I had a fun day and I hope to do it again with close friends and family.
