Un gran agrazo mi bella comunidad de #Hive 🤗🤗!! feliz de estar nuevamente con ustedes, hoy comparto un clasico jugo de mango verde, muy delicioso y rico en nutrientes indispensables para nuestro organismo, ideal para ser degustado con un rico almuerzo. Espero que los difruten al maximo.

Para la elaboracion de esta receta utilice lo siguiete: Mangos verdes, vainilla y azucar al gusto.

For the preparation of this recipe use the following: Green mangoes, vanilla and sugar to taste.

Inicie lavando los mangos, le retire las cascara y los corte en trozos.

Start by washing the mangoes. remove the peel and cut them into pieces.

Seguido lo lleve a sancochar por 10 minutos.

Followed take it to parboil for 10 minutes

Una vez pasado el tiempo los deje reposar, lo lleve a licuar como se muestra acontinuacion y listo 😋:

Mango juice contains a lots of nutrition dear, I hope to try it too since I love my mango, it is my favorite but usually I eat that in fresh fruits.
