I used to love hours and hours of this stuff too. I guess I’m getting older and an am not in as good of shape now. I can only imagine how crazy I would have went at something like this as a teen, then again I may have been too shy back then to actually dance.

My age is more than 2x to 2.5x the average age, so need to take a different approach to the youngsters as well 😂
What about taking breaks? That's what I do, chilling in a cosy corner, getting ready for the next round 🙃
The places we've been going are always so packed that you can't really find an empty corner. Outdoor festivals are perfect for something like that though.
