Pasticho improvised with love!

Yesterday was one of those days when you don't want to eat the same thing you eat every day....
I rushed home from work making a little red sauce or bolognese sauce to make a delicious pasticho.
With the things I had in the fridge and without much chef protocol.
I just cooked the pasta, made a layer of pasta, sauce, fried banana, cheese... then the other layer was the same but I added ham and cheese...
It really turned out great and it was my family's lunch....
Receiving messages like the ones from my husband is a great reward because the idea is always to please each other with little things as a couple.
I owe you the photo of the dish served, it was so good that I couldn't take a picture... But it was delicious!

Good morning! Sorry if I failed, the truth is that I wanted to show that with what we have at home we can change a day's lunch, without using big things. When I want to teach a recipe I will do it step by step and I will expose myself physically too. Thank you very much!
