Monomad A story of silence of snow and cold

I am lost in this countryside, my hands are cold on my feet, my nose is starting to freeze. I haven't eaten for several days. I don't know if I'm going to get out of it, after crossing a frozen river I come face to face with this ordeal. I tell myself that I have found my way. I can be out of it. I see these houses in the distance, smoke coming out of the chimneys. Will they help me? Imagined in the 18th century a traveler who had to fight against the cold and the wolves, what a surprise he had when he found his way. *
