Taking my health back!

A little aggressive title compared to what I am doing

This is written on the 13 of Sep, but posted the 14 of Sep

I have been a bit tired the past few days and my sleep have been all over the place. One day I slept 8h and 30mins and I was completely rekt the entire day oO I even took a Nap that day xD

Otherdays I only sleep 5h and is so much more fresh and alert the first few hours before my midday slump catches up with me.
I really have a desire to change this as fast as possible with leads me to today^^

Today

So yesterday (Sunday) I decide that I really needed to or really wanted to change up a few of my unhealthy habits! Now I am not insanely bad, but bad enough for my liking.

I have decided that I can't drink any more Soda or anything with insane amount of sugar in it, even if it have no calories.
Also, no late night snacking which would put be over my calories for the day. Those have been my latest bad habits.

So instead, I decided to drink some lurk warm lemon water to get the electrolytes flowing through my body!

Also shortly after I went for a walk to get the blood pumping and keeping me awake. I did only sleep 5 hours, so my morning was pretty rough.

Take D-vitamin since the weather here in Denmark is weird as fuck + my B12.

Drank a "Iron" drink. Its a effervescent tablet with Iron in it. I only do a half.

Drink lots of water through the day.

I eat good, so thats not a problem.
Its now night and I crave a bit of the sweetness, so I am making Nice cream ^^ Which can be seen on @cwow2.food ;)

Steps

Step 1: Drink lurk warm lemon water with or without a pinch of himalayan salt.

Step 2: Go for a walk or multiply walks a day (10k steps)

Step 3: Take daily vitamins

Step 4: Drink a iron drink with half of a effervescent tablet in it.

Step 5: Eat well throughout the day and consume lots of water.

Step 6: Switch out sugary craves for something which is natural sweet.

  • That should do it :D

Nice to read you are becoming mindful of your health. Some very simple tips that I can give you besides the ones that you are following and are really very good.

  • Cut out gluten completely
  • Cut out all seed oils and replace them with ghee, olive or coconut oil
  • Avoid all aerated drinks and processed foods.
You will see a drastic shift in your overall energy level. All the best for a healthy lifestyle

Cut out gluten completely.
No can't do. I am plant-based and gluten isn't a problem for me.

Cut out all seed oils and replace them with ghee, olive or coconut oil..
I don't use oil in generel, too many calories, I get my fat from other sources.

Avoid all aerated drinks and processed foods.
Already doing that most of the time. 80% whole food ^^ :D

But thanks for the tips :D
