I am not going to write about "First citizen" like the prestigious bank, no gentlemen, I will tell First citizen referring to what my people have been saying for decades about the first citizen that arrived to these fertile and productive lands.
It is said that the first citizen who arrived in my town came from the north of the country, he was a descendant of Spaniards who loved fishing, going out into the woods and hunting.
This routine of the first citizen who came to my town, gave the agricultural and fishing seal to these blessed lands that I love so much, and of which I am so proud.
