Because I'm living near the beach I saw some crowd of people in one place and I though it was just a normal accident but surprisingly it is not. A rescued sea turtle that was found by a local fisherman in a middle of the ocean. The fisherman said that he saw these turtle just floating in the surface of the ocean like she cannot balance in swimming by it self so he decided to rescue the said turtle and put in his pumpboat.

"Happy Independence Day Nigeria". Independence day is supposed to be a day of celebration, the day freedom was obtained but yet I can't help but think "what is there to celebrate?". A lot of things have happened in the past few years and most of us as Nigerians have watched the country go from bad to worse and it keeps getting worse even when we think it couldn't get any worse, it's like "surprise! Y'all thought I was done right".

I’m not going to say camping is for me, but it’s also early in the game so I’m not going to rule it out either. But all I felt was tired since I got up, until mid afternoon. It wasn’t until my friend forced me to try and relax and unwind that I settled down a bit. Roasting marshmallows were the most fun for me and enjoying the natural scene. I felt I had too much food for cooking and too many snacks. I also had canned foods which didn’t look like they were going to be had. I decided to make a vegetable soup or stew as the it had gotten chilly by that time.

For those that understood African culture when it relates to marriage ceremonies, you would know that you must meet your would be wife's family who are sometimes very difficult. I mean very difficult. They could even cancel your wedding process just because you could not meet up with their financial demand. Financial demand doesn't mean $1000, which is estimated at #500 per dollar in today's estimation. It goes beyond that financial demand. On the other hand, they will want to know your ethnic background if you're not from the same ethnic group. At this point you might lose your wife to be for the sake of ethnic background.
