A quien no le ha provocado algunas veces comer algo diferente y rico y terminan comprando la llamada comida callejera? pues le cuento que este tipo de comida a mí me encanta, debido a la variedad de ingredientes que estás contienen, pero al comprarla en los puestos ambulantes no sabemos que tan higiénico sean en su preparación.

En esta oportunidad les traigo mi versión de una rica hamburguesa, la cual prepare en casa con ayuda de mi hija y esposo y por supuesto con mucha higiene. Les cuento que quedó muy rica.

This time I bring you my version of a delicious hamburger, which I prepared at home with the help of my daughter and husband and of course with a lot of hygiene. I tell you that it was very tasty.

Para comenzar, colocamos la carne en un bowl, le agregamos un huevo y condimentamos con sal y cubito, hacemos las formas de las hamburguesas y la colocamos a la plancha hasta que se cocine por ambos lados.

Seguidamente freí los huevos que colocaría como parte del relleno y corte los tomates en rueditas.

Para continuar, mezcle la salsa y la mayonesa para hacer salsa rosada, abrí los panes y le coloque salsa.
