Definitivamente no hay mejor manera de alegrarme que viviendo a plenitud, compartiendo y agradeciendo, siento que es la mejor forma de estar en equilibrio y en paz, cuando estoy en estado de tranquilidad me siento alegre y con ánimo de muchas cosas. También debo asumir que me hace feliz compartir con mis seres queridos, superando todos esos momentos que quizás en su momento me borraron la felicidad, pienso que es mejor darle paso a las cosas y dejar que todo fluya,sino simplemente es como vivir en un círculo en donde siempre estás girando entorno a lo sucedido. Mi vida no ha Sido perfecto y mucho menos completamente feliz, pero hoy por hoy agradezco todas esas cosas que sucedieron y que hicieron de mi la mujer que soy hoy en día. Esa es la mejor manera de ser feliz para vivir en la alegría, dando paso a las cosas, aunque eso no significa dejarse siempre, significa fluir como el agua y con ello dejar que las heridas sanen, pensando siempre en positivo y entendiendo que esas cosas que suceden algo por muy mínimo que sea nos deja de aprendizaje; me llena de alegría ver a otros siendo felices, fluyendo y avanzando y sobretodo me llena de mucha alegría y emoción el mirar atrás y entender que hoy soy otra persona que sigue aprendiendo y agradeciendo todo el camino que me ha tocado.La manera en que fomento la alegría en mi vida es Agradeciendo y manteniéndome positiva ante la vida, sin dejar que los problemas me hundan. Además fomento la alegría ayudando emocionalmente a quien lo necesita, me gusta dar.consejos, apoyar hasta donde puedo y siendo yo en todo su esplendor con quiénes me rodean, aprendiendo cada día de todo y todos, demostrando que las buenas acciones y pensamientos nos mantienen en bienestar y alegres.

Siempre que somos seres de luz a pesar de las adversidades que también forman parte de la vida, increíblemente todo se transforma para bien, nos mantenemos alegres, entusiastas, agradecidos y con soluciones a la mano ante cualquier situación, todo fluye y nada influye. La vida me ha dado muchas y grandes lecciones de las que he aprendido muchísimo, y aún sigo aprendiendo en este largo camino. Nunca dejemos de ser buenas personas, de creer y de brillar, aunque el camino sea turbio, Miles de personas nos fallen, nos lastimen y nos den la espalda, la vida no es color rosa y mucho menos, como dicen un cuento de hadas. Entendamos que, todo tiene un aprendizaje y todo es una lección de vida para nosotros, para nuestra mejoría o para sencillamente no ser o cometer actos que en su momento nos hayan hecho daño, siempre debemos ser luz en todo escenario, sacar las fuerzas y ser más duros que la vida. Si podemos ser alegría interna y externa y así iluminar al mundo que tanta falta le hace, me despido por hoy, esperando que les haya gustado mi participación.
