Apparantly you already know if this sounds easy to you. It doesn't to me and I find it hard to believe you do. If so please explain it to me in simple words.
What are these blockchains?
Is there a platform?
How to use them?
Is one of these two the blockchain governments will use for our QR code and behaviour pass?
What are those tokens meant for?
Why should anyone invest in it and if so which country will benefit from it?
