Optimismo, Campaña contra el Acoso / Optimism, Campaign against Harassment [Esp-Eng]
Debemos concentrarnos en buscar soluciones, y no sumergirnos solo en el problema, es por ello que el Ministerio Público, inicio una campaña contra el Bullying, una manera de informar a nuestros jóvenes en sus aulas, el marco legal que la envuelve, para tratar de parar ese mounstro que día a día crecer haciendo que los más vulnerables sufran de un daño psicológico que puede afectarle su vida e influir en sus acciones como adulto.
We must focus on finding solutions, and not just immerse ourselves in the problem, which is why the Public Prosecutor's Office, started a campaign against bullying, a way to inform our young people in their classrooms, the legal framework that surrounds it, to try to stop this monster that day by day grow making the most vulnerable suffer from psychological damage that can affect their lives and influence their actions as adults.
Para mí sorpresa, fui contactada por la asistente de la fiscal para solicitar una fecha y hora para abordar este tema dentro del plantel que labora, eso me hizo ver qué están buscando llegar a los niños en todas sus etapas de estudios, al menos se busca una solución para tratar este grave problema social en el cual todos nos vemos involucrados, es allí donde esté tan agradable sensación de optimismo y esperanza de un cambio a través de la campaña informativa para evitar está actuación dentro de nuestras aulas.
To my surprise, I was contacted by the assistant prosecutor to request a date and time to address this issue within the campus she works, that made me see that they are looking to reach children at all stages of their studies, at least a solution is sought to address this serious social problem in which we are all involved, that is where it is so nice feeling of optimism and hope for a change through the information campaign to prevent this action within our classrooms.
Pero no puedo negar la sorpresa que tuve cuando me llamaron para solicitar llevar la charla al CEIP EL MUNDO DE LOS NIÑOS, porque están tomando en cuenta desde los más pequeños, hasta los más grandes en los grandes liceos, me hizo reflexionar acerca del cambio de actitud que queremos buscar, no solo en nuestros niños, sino como los adultos bajo su perspectiva buscan afrontar la situaciones desde los padres, docentes, y ahora viendo las acciones que toma el Ministerio Público, me hace pensar que no estamos solos, que el trabajo se hace más llevadero cuando nos apoyamos.
But I can not deny the surprise I had when they called me to request to take the talk to CEIP EL MUNDO DE LOS NIÑOS, because they are taking into account from the smallest, to the largest in large high schools, it made me reflect on the change of attitude we want to seek, not only in our children, but as adults under their perspective seek to address the situations from parents, teachers, and now seeing the actions taken by the Public Ministry, makes me think that we are not alone, that the work becomes more bearable when we support each other.

Maria Herrera Fiscal Auxiliar, y Christan Ibáñez Abogado adjunto, llevaron al plantel laminas y carteles, para explicar el tema, la estrategia que uso género muchas preguntas dónde los niños interactuaron de manera espontánea, ocasionando un momento de risas pero también de reflexión, acerca de no dañar la integridad física de alguna compañera de aula, fomentando sentimientos de amor, solidaridad, trabajo en equipo, lo que definitivamente se busca es crear consciencia desde muy pequeño y considero que desde allí es que se inicia el trabajo, porque aún en ese nivel se encuentran conductas que nos muestra que el inicio está en ese nivel y si lo atacamos desde allí conseguiremos bajar esa estadísticas de maltrato significativamente.

La lucha contra el bullying está en nuestras manos, así que ver la manera en el se busca tratar de abordar este tema, es inspirador, además que te insta a seguir en la lucha de obtener un cambio de actitud, ya que tú no debes tomar acciones cuando te sientas involucrado directamente, sino que debemos trabajar en equipo para evitar que este flagelo siga tratando de quitar la paz y la tranquilidad de los seres más vulnerables que son nuestros hijos.

Agrupamos a los niños en una aula, y nos sentamos a su nivel, con historias adecuadas a su edad, dejamos sembradas una pequeña semilla de entusiasmo, la cual se desarrollará en el aula de una manera más amplia, y de seguro a los padres comentaran acerca del Acoso Escolar y lo importante que fue participar activamente en ella, fíjense que María Laura una de nuestras alumnas que ingreso a solo unos meses de vida se había retirado temprano de la escuela, pero al ver estas fotos en mi estado, pregunto ¿que era eso?

El Acoso Escolar o también conocido como bullying no es solo cuando existe maltrato físico, porque existen otro tipo como el psicológico, yo en particular considero que este último es más difícil, porque trabaja de manera silenciosa, afectando la autoestima del afectado, ocasionando en varios casos que pida ayuda, pero en otros más grave que se deje llevar en el silencio, hasta llegar a ver consecuencias fatales, es por ello que viendo cómo la estadísticas van en aumento, estamos tratando de hacer algo para que se materialice un cambio, yo hago mi trabajo, el Ministerio Público hace su trabajo, es el momento de reflexionar si tú estás cumpliendo con tu parte, porque el trabajo en equipo nos ayudará a vencer este mounstro.

Utilizar cuentos para llegar a niños y también adultos, bajos puntos de vista diferentes, me permite adelantarme ante la situación, porque usted madre se siente afectada cuando su hijo sufre de Acoso, pero como me comportaría, si fuera lo contrario, antes de medir una actitud de agresividad en los niños, debemos ver su entorno social también, todos estos factores nos van ayudar a encontrar una solución bajo un perspectiva justa, porque aquí no se trata de encontrar un culpable, sino de erradicar una conducta agresiva que nos perjudica a todos, ocasionando un caos social en el entorno que sucede.

Así mismo es, porque la verdad sea dicho son niños y los adultos son los que moldean la conducta de ellos, por tanto los padres son tan responsables como ellos, pero el docente cumple un rol importante, así que debemos trabajar en conjunto.
