Feliz Cumpleaños Tía / Happy Birthday Aunt [Esp-Eng]
En este día tocó la celebración de mi tía Nayr Violenta, era una de las consentida de mi abuela, mujer educada, estudiada, así que mi hermana planeo llevarte a sitio especial para homenajearla, lastima que el sitio no estuviera a la altura de la ocasión porque la atención fue pésima, se les fue el gas y el agua y luego de tres horas de espera no pudimos lograr que nos despacharan.
On this day was the celebration of my aunt Nayr Violenta, she was one of my grandmother's favorite, educated, studied woman, so my sister planned to take you to a special place to honor her, too bad the place was not up to the occasion because the service was lousy, the gas and water were out and after three hours of waiting we could not get them to dispatch us.
Pero eso no ibas a dañar nuestro lindo encuentro familiar, así que nos fuimos a otro lugar, dónde en segundos atendieron a nuestro despacho, este sitio demostró que tiene un personal altamente eficiente, presto atender de manera inmediata a todos los clientes, tomamos agua de papelón con limón.
But that was not going to damage our nice family meeting, so we went to another place, where in seconds they attended to our office, this place showed that it has a highly efficient staff, ready to serve immediately to all customers, we drank lemon water with lemon.
El menú que escogieron es cachapas con cochino, ya que esa preparación es la preferida de mi tía,por su parte mi hija, pidió sin dudarlo desde el primer momento una malteada de chocolate, porque en Apure, siempre comemos cachapas.
The menu they chose was cachapas with pork, since that preparation is my aunt's favorite, and my daughter asked for a chocolate milkshake without hesitation, because in Apure, we always eat cachapas.

Mi mamá nos acompaño ese día de gran celebración, eso hace que estemos mucho más contenta porque no siempre se reúne con sus hermanas, aún más después del fallecimiento de algunos familiares por COVID, incluyendo el esposo de mi tía, por esa razón, la sacamos de casa.

Mi hija es la consentida, siempre juntas y las demás personas forman parte de nuestra familia, este momento es el preámbulo a la fiesta en casa, nada del otro mundo, solo una torta y un brindis, lo importante es apoyarnos como familia.
My daughter is the spoiled one, always together and the other people are part of our family, this moment is the preamble to the party at home, nothing big, just a cake and a toast, the important thing is to support each other as a family.
Cuando llegamos estaba un ramo de flores esperándola, su hija le tenía esa pequeña sorpresa, con una caja de bombones, que apenas los vio, los guardo para cuidarlos de nosotras jajaja.
When we arrived there was a bouquet of flowers waiting for her, her daughter had this little surprise for her, with a box of chocolates, that as soon as she saw them, she kept them to take care of us hahaha.
De regalo un prima trajo este quesillo que se veía tan coqueto en el envase, no provoca no destaparlo, mucho menos comerlo, pero al menos les puedo decir que estaba muy rico, definitivamente los postres fueron de alta calidad.
As a gift a cousin brought this quesillo that looked so cute in the package, it doesn't make you uncover it, much less eat it, but at least I can tell you that it was very tasty, definitely the desserts were of high quality.
Las hermanitas siempre juntas en esta celebración, fue muy privada, pero se sintió el calor de familia y el apoyo a mi tía, porque el mejor apoyo se obtiene de la familia y de los amigos más vernos.
The little sisters always together in this celebration, it was very private, but we felt the warmth of family and support for my aunt, because the best support is obtained from family and friends more to see us.
Esa torta era del mejor chocolate, el contraste de la crema y las fresas, logran una explosión de sabores en nuestro paladar, que convierten ese momento algo muy especial, fue uno de los momentos de mayor valor en el día.
That cake was the best chocolate, the contrast of cream and strawberries, achieved an explosion of flavors in our palate, which made that moment something very special, it was one of the most valuable moments of the day.
La noche termino temprano, cada quien a su hogar, felices y satisfecho, entre lágrimas y risas pudimos tener un gran día festivo, también hubo un pequeño brindis, pero es mejor y retorno temprano, para evitar tráfico.
The night ended early, everyone went home, happy and satisfied, between tears and laughter we could have a great holiday, there was also a small toast, but it is better and early return, to avoid traffic.
