No podemos pensar que toda la información abiertamente utilizada, no podrá ser usada por alguien malintencionado, leí no solo de cuentas hackeadas, sino de personas que usurpan tu identidad.

Yo soy Cristal, llegué hace poco a Hive, y antes de escribir quiero que reflexiones un poco acerca de la responsabilidad de lo que uno escribe en la web, es por ello que debo organizar hacia donde quiero direccionar las publicaciones que subo, pues son para siempre, ya saben con lo de la cadena de bloques en la blockchain, haciéndome pensar no solo en lo que quiero mostrar, las razones, la responsabilidad, porque uno no debe dejarse llevar solo por la compensación monetaria, que es a la larga, como pude entender, pues debes invertir tus ganancia en tu poder, para votar, comentar y hacer amigos, sino cuál es tu legado para la historia.

La privacidad es un tema antiguo, en la actualidad debemos al menos asumir que entendemos que una vida expuesta a las Redes sociales, y estás no siempre dan beneficios, pero en este caso revisando las mayorías que los jóvenes que la usan, la cantidad es casi cero las que aportan beneficios económicos, y de seguros me hablaras de algunos youtubers influencer, pero es que acaso no sabes cuántas horas debes invertir, cuántos suscriptores debes tener y otra serie de requisitos que son igual de difíciles de obtener en cualquier plataforma, es por ello que debemos hacer un buen uso de la misma, pero conocer HIVE me hace pensar es que debemos usarla con responsabilidad ya que lo escrito transciende en el tiempo.

Todos vivimos en contacto con el internet, de un extremo a otro del mundo, y si son muchos los que leerán nuestras publicaciones en diversos idiomas, debemos asumir con valor quienes somos y los que nos gustan, yo soy sencilla, nací en los llanos de Apure, un estado ubicado al Sur de Venezuela, su economía se basa en la ganadería y la agricultura.

Lo mejor de llano y característica principal en la parte gastronómica, es la cachapa, y quiero traer un poco de la sencillez de mis orígenes, la economía se mueve por los intereses de los habitantes, y es bien sabido que el maíz molido es solo una parte que traspasa fronteras, y es cuando la compro y se congela conserva sus atributos y puede ser trasladada a otros territorios.

Cuando me dispongo a ir a Valencia, lo primero que oigo es a cuánto está la masa de maíz Blanco y si puedo llevar, en un viaje este tipo de encargos sería liderizado por esta solicitud, y es que existen muchos tipos de maíz, el común en el centro de Venezuela es el maíz amarillo, y hasta te pueden ofrecer cachapas en sobre o papeleta, esto es una total locura, es como atentar con las raíz del venezolano, pero ni modo es algo que se vive para tratar de suplir esa delicia, espero tu opinión pero es que la cachapa de maíz blanco no tiene padrote.

Lo positivo de la historia que quiero dejar asentado es la evolución en cuanto a la máquina de moler maíz, antes era un total martirio, mis padres decían comer cachapas y compraban un ciento de maíz, había que pelarlo, cortarlo, molerlo y era con una máquina manual, así que dele vuelta y vamos hacer turnos, y el resultado eran muchísimas cachapas, ahora te puedes ir a la Cabañitas (sector en las adyacencias del Río Apure) y simplemente comprar la cantidad que deseas sin mucho esfuerzo, ya está molido y de fácil acceso.

Nunca falta otros vendedores, se me acerco uno con queso de mano, uuufff ese es un manjar blanco, usted debe conocer que en Apure, lo que es la cachapa, el queso y la carne, pues estos productos derivan de la ganadería y la agricultura tal como lo mencionamos, así quiero que conozcas de mi, de mi llano, de mi país, pueden estar sucediendo muchas cosas pero quiero resaltar lo positivo, en este caso lo sabroso.

Retomando el tema de los quesos, existen diversos tipos el llanero, es el más popular, pero, una exquisitez es el queso de mano que cuál ahora es un lujo, sin embargo un amigo que llegó al lugar brindo un trozo, lo picaron en pedacitos, guaoooo creo que esta publicación no podré traducirla por lo complicado de las expresiones y términos que usaré, es que aún podemos ver la solidaridad entre nosotros, la gentileza, eso es lo que me gusta de mi pueblo y es lo que quiero mostrarles.

A tan solo unos paso vemos la carne en vara, esa manera tan particular de prepararla no tiene rival, el sabor es único, es indescriptibles, los jugos en la carne, la hacen sentir blandita, casi derritiéndose en la boca, y si estás en una fiesta y te quedó en la repartición guárdala para el día siguiente y la acompañas con una arepa, eso era típico cuando era más joven, en los matrimonios repartían carne asada en tal cantidad que siempre iba a ver el recalentao al día siguiente.
