Cactus Fruit or Turkish Figs??
Hey everyone a few weeks back I made a post featuring these soon to be delicious prickly pears.
Here we have a few of my favourite foragers doing what they do the glorious apis mulliferra skuttellata or African Honey Bee.
Well now the flowers have really broken out in a wonderful array of epic colors and the bees are having a field day, or a fig day rather?
No water, no problem. No fertilizer no problem these robust tough desert plants do perfectly in a dry environment and climate.
At the bottom of the garden we have a large row of this epic fruit that feeds us well annually around December. They require little to no work at all been a cactus and produce annually without fail. What a blessing.
Nature the incredible.
Love life and blessings.
Have a magic Tuesday.
Cheer$;)
