This is a weekly overview of my personal sports betting/trading results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League documenting my journey toward long-term profit with some insights on my overall approach.

For now it looks like the pain isn't over yet with another losing week. The general trend remains that the market is priced extremely competitive and it's hard to find good value and enough bets in while luck also just hasn't been on my side. I did see at least a couple what I believe were good value spots where I took slightly higher stakes. One of them ended up as a push while the other lost very late in the match.

Right now I just continue to proceed with caution and whatever happens not chase anything even though the feeling to do so for sure is there. There is an international break so it will be nice to have some time away from the football and I will use it to refresh and be back after hopefully with newly found courage.

I just ended up with 1 pre-game bet as an official position which turned out to be great value based on the closing line price but a rather poor bet even though not without chance based on how the actual match played out.

Regular Season 2023-2024 Personal Betting Chart

The chart of the season still looks horrible and I haven't by any means managed to get close to the volume in that I want. However, not everything is lost yet as I'm 'only' down just 4 units. I already can say that this won't be a great season and the best I can hope for right now is to get in a hot run somehow to get back near the expected value pink line. The main goal remains the stop the bleeding and actually regain some confidence forward that the market is actually beatable still.
