It has been a solid week so far mostly grinding out tiny bets as for most I just see a very narrow profit margin. There are 4 more matches on Sunday before the league goes into an international break. Here are the previews and bets for Sunday...
Antwerp vs Charleroi
Charleroi got nice news as they can replay the entire match against Kv Mechelen which still puts them in a position to possibly get into Playoff 2 even though it won't be easy. mostly because purely on quality I see them falling just short of that. Last weekend, they lost with a 0-1 score at home against OHL and simply weren't dangerous enough. At the same time, they only got 1 goal against in their last 5 matches out of 4.06 expected goals against. Antwerp right now is back in a good streak with 5 wins and 1 draw in their last 6 matches including the cup semi-final. They also just got 1 goal against in their last 5 games out of 3.89 expected goals against. I do rate them as by far the better team though and the difference especially shows in the 1st half as Antwerp tends to push early, take the lead and control things from there on out. They are ranked 2nd in the 1H home table with 10 wins, 3 Draws, & 1 loss. Charleroi ranks quite low in the away 1H table with just 1 Win, 8 Draws, & 5 losses. This made me happy to take a 0.414 unit bet on
Antwerp 1st Half -0.25 @ 1.901. If they get behind or if it's still level after 45 minutes it might give an option to get in an FT bet. Antwerp Win To Nil @ 3.0+ is also an option for me.
OH Leuven vs Anderlecht
OHL after their win last week has an equal amount of points to Anderlecht and are still in the running for a playoff 2 spot. Their form hasn't been bad but also not good by any means. Anderlecht has improved a lot and is currently in a great form both defensively and offensively. They did manage to qualify in the conference league against Villarreal again thanks to an outstanding goalkeeper Verbruggen. The main question mark in this game is how fatigue will play a role for Anderlecht as they play their 5th match in 15 days. It didn't show so far and winning matches arguably helped them to get in a streak. They also need to finish in a top 8 spot to get into playoff 2 still having a chance to get an European ticket for next season. Basically only a win will do for thel as they are 2 points behind with a lot of competition and Charleroi having 1 match extra against a weak opponent. I don't want to bet over on Anderlecht matches as they have shown more capable defensively so I opted for a 0.25 unit bet on

Union vs Kv Mechelen
Union also managed to qualify in the Europa League and are in a good streak at least when it comes down to their results as they have had a very high scoring % lately finishing nearly every chance. Also here, the potential fatigue remains the main questionable factor. Kv Mechelen as a team clearly just doesn't have enough quality and need to have it from their mentality which only really seems to work at home. They took an important narrow 1-0 win last week at home against Stvv after a late stupid hands penalty. Overall they have just had a poor form and are in a zone where they mathematically aren't safe but at the same time should never get in trouble anymore. Their last away match was horrible losing 5-0 without chance against Antwerp as the quality difference was just too big. The only real option for me in this match is to oppose Mechelen. It's hard however to disagree with the -1.25 line on the home team who potentially could be hit by some fatigue. Union in their last 3 home matches just had 5-3-7 corners while Mechelen in their last 3 away matches had just 6-7-9 corners. This made me willing to bet 0.256 units on
Under 10 corners @ 1.950 and also a crypto bet of 11000 XFUN on

AA Gent vs Eupen
The main narrative for AA Gent right now is that they have Orban as a striker who is in an insane form scoring pretty much every ball he touches. They qualified in the Conference league with an 1-4 win over Basaksehir and last week they crushed Zulte-Waregem with 2-6 after not playing the best initial 30 minutes in that match. In those 2 matches theys scored 10 goals with an expected goals of just 2.88. Their pitch last time they played 10 days ago was completely destroyed and it remains to be seen how much it managed to recover from that. They also took a trip which might add to the fatigue and a win would put them back inside playoff 1 after Brugge failed to win yesterday. Eupen has not been good but also not horrible and are still in the fight just above the relegation places and they saw Kortrijk take the 3 points yesterday. This means that a win would put them 6 points clear of the competition with just 4 matches left. Last week, they played a crazy 4-4 match against Oostende. They are vulnerable in defense but also manage to score goals. I took 0.30 units on
