Sint-Truiden vs Racing Genk
I already made a brief preview on this post on Friday including early bets on 0.3 units

Sint-Truiden Team Total Under 1 @ 1.970, 0.2 units
Genk 1st Half -0.25 @ 2.010 with a little extra bet of 1000 WGR on Genk -0.5 @ 1.870 over at
Wagerr.com. I think Sint-truiden who have had a really hard time to score goals has been overperforming in what so far was a really easy schedule. They are now up against Genk who despite the potential fatigue issues and rotations should just have superior quality in their team with a need to win to stay in range of their main competitor for the title Club Brugge. I don't exactly expect this to be an easy walkover but the odds are for me well worth the risk over 90 minutes.
Antwerp vs Seraing
Antwerp played a good match against Olympiakos (where they were a big underdog) taking a deserved 1-1 draw. last week they took a flattering 0-1 win against Eupen and they remain a bit shaky in defense at times while also being a team that doesn't do that well on corners in general (1W-5L so far). I see them as a team with lots of potential to be underrated. It looks like there will be some rotation with Frey, Nainggolan, and Fisher expected to start on the Bench. Seraing as a team only got played away in their first away match against Mechelen, when they are in the lead they don't shy away to defend it with everything they got. Most likely they will turn out as a much better home than away team and they are expected to play again on the counter today. I went ahead taking a tiny initial 0.15 unit bet on
Antwerp -1.5 @ 2.760 as I do the chance of a 2 goal win big enough. I need to see both the line-up and the start of the match first before considering to bet more though. Under in corners will be something I'm eying the moment Antwerp takes the lead.
Standard vs Anderlecht
This is a very interesting matchup as Both are 'former-top-teams' with some financial issues trying to climb back to where they once were many years ago. Standard does it in a way where the focus has fully been on being defensively solid with a lot of enthusiasm to make up for the sheer lack in player quality. They are 4th in the standings which I would say is very flattering as I rank their overall performances not that high. Something that was noticeable is that they had massive support from the fans in their last home math which made them have a hot start. Over 90 minutes they needed the VAR to validate a clear offside-goal for a flattering 1-0 win. Anderlecht is also a tricky team getting outplayed by Mechelen in the 1st half last week followed by a 2nd half where they somehow managed to score 6 goals. This came down to pretty much scoring every chance while Mechelen played like amateurs. I do expect a close encounter today with Standard once again putting up a solid defense. All combined, I do see Anderlecht as a team with more talent that should end above Standard in the final standings and I certainly get why they are favorites. I do however have more trust in the defense of standard and the home support to be there today while with Anderlecht you can get anything from really good to really bad. I don't see Anderlecht just continue just like the 2nd half of last week and expect the home support and high intensity / good defense of Standard giving them some problems at least at the start of the match. Under 2.75 Goals @ 1.883 (0.15 units).
Kortrijk vs AA Gent
AA Gent never got in trouble against Tallinn in the Conference league but also didn't really dominate winning with a deserved 0-1 score. They have a good squad and they haven't played all that bad but the results just haven't been there which now leaves them in 16th place. I can see them going on a hot run at some point climbing inside the top 6 as they do have the potential to blow opponents away as they showed in the 6-1 win over Club Brugge. fatigue seems to be an issue for them so it's hard to put a lot of trust pre-game that they will show up especially having quite some pressure on them. Kortrijk started the season showing they are capable on the defense but they got 2 goals against in each of their last 2 games and deserved the loss against OHL. AA Gent should be the better team today and win, but I'm by no means comfortable with 1.7 type odds (I need at least around 1.9+). There is nothing really that tempts me as far as bets go so I'm sticking to live-betting for this match.
