¿Existe algo más sabroso que un rico y delicioso asado, acompañado de unas buenas cervezas? ¡Sí, la felicidad de compartir con buenos amigos, en especial, si tenemos tiempo sin verlos!

Cuando un amigo, sale del país, solo quedan esos recuerdos maravillosos, y la esperanza de reencontrarnos de nuevo. Por eso, siempre he pensado que la vida hay que disfrutarla, y el momento es ahora. Debemos amar y demostrar ese amor a nuestros seres queridos, nuestra familia de sangre y esa familia que te da la vida. ¡Los amigos!

La enfermería me ha regalo una gran familia, y en estas fotos verán a un grupo de enfermeras, felices por el gran reencuentro con nuestra amiga Daisy, quien viajó hace algunos años a Ecuador en busca de nuevas oportunidades, y actualmente está aquí, pasando un tiempo en su país.

Decidimos agasajarla y demostrarle que, a pesar de los años y la distancia, nuestra amistad está intacta. Nos reunimos en casa de mi amiga Fani, ella tiene una casa más grande y un fogón ideal para asar la carne. Preparamos una parrilla, con ensalada y yuca, y por si fuera poco, algunos pasapalos, tequeños y pan con salsas, no pueden faltar en las celebraciones.

Para acompañar toda esta comida, bebimos cervezas, también prepararon otros tragos, pero yo solo tomo cervezas, nunca me ha gustado combinar, los tragos. Fue un día sabroso, pasamos todo el día juntas y el tiempo se quedó corto, entre risa y risa.

Bien merecido, también para nosotras, después de tanto trabajo, siempre es bueno tomarse el tiempo y salir de la rutina, salir y compartir con las amistades. Parece, mentira, pero el cuerpo y la mente se revitalizan, es como si fuese una clase de terapia. Los amigos son esenciales, en nuestra vida. Intercambiar pensamientos, contar anécdotas de nuestra vida y apoyarse en la buena y en las malas, es una bendición.

Mi amiga, nos cuenta, que una de las cosas más difíciles, de asimilar cuando emigras, es la soledad, es decir, llegas a un país y comienzas totalmente desde cero, incluyendo a los amigos, no es fácil. Afortunadamente, mi amiga y yo nos parecemos en algo y es que somos personas sencillas y alegres, que nos adaptamos al cambio y nos gusta hacer amigos. Eso la ayudó mucho.

Me alegro mucho, tener la oportunidad de compartir este día con ella. No sé cuándo volveremos a vernos y estar todos juntos de nuevo, pero espero que sea pronto. Aquí la esperamos con los brazos abiertos para cuando quiera volver, deseándole el mayor de los éxitos, no solo a ella, sino a todos los inmigrantes.

Is there anything tastier than a delicious barbecue, accompanied by a few good beers? Yes, the happiness of sharing with good friends, especially if we have not seen them for a long time!

When a friend leaves the country, all that remains are those wonderful memories and the hope of meeting again. That is why I have always thought that life must be enjoyed, and the time is now. We must love and show that love to our loved ones, our blood family and that family that gives you life, our friends!

Nursing has given me a great family, and in these photos you will see a group of nurses, happy for the great reunion with our friend Daisy, who traveled a few years ago to Ecuador in search of new opportunities, and is currently here, spending some time in her country.

We decided to entertain her and show her that, despite the years and the distance, our friendship is intact. We met at my friend Fani's house, she has a bigger house and an ideal place to grill meat. We prepared a grill, with salad and yucca, and if that wasn't enough, some pasapalos, tequeños and bread with sauces, you can't miss in the celebrations.

To accompany all this food, we drank beers, they also prepared other drinks, but I only drink beers, I have never liked to combine drinks. It was a tasty day, we spent the whole day together and the time was short, between laughter and laughter.

Well deserved, also for us, after so much work, it is always good to take the time and get out of the routine, go out and share with friends. It seems like a lie, but the body and mind are revitalized, it is as if it were a kind of therapy. Friends are essential in our lives. Exchanging thoughts, telling anecdotes of our lives and supporting each other through thick and thin is a blessing.

My friend tells us that one of the most difficult things to assimilate when you emigrate is loneliness, that is, you arrive in a country and you start completely from scratch, including friends, it is not easy. Fortunately, my friend and I are alike in one thing, and that is that we are simple and cheerful people, who adapt to change and like to make friends. That helped her a lot.

I am very happy to have the opportunity to share this day with her. I don't know when we will see each other again and be all together again, but I hope it will be soon. We are waiting here with open arms for her whenever she wants to come back, wishing her the best of success, not only for her, but for all the immigrants.
