My mum loves gardening too. And I think, like you, it massively influenced me. Anytime I feel stressed out or just want to connect with nature, I go out in our garden and trim back something or weed a section. Getting my feet on the ground and my hands in the dirt does wonders for my well being. Thanks for sharing!
