Bendecido miércoles a todas las empoderadas mujeres que hacemos vida en esta maravillosa comunidad creada para mostrarnos abiertamente entre nosotras en esta blockchain en #Ladiesofhive. Esta semana las preguntas seleccionadas le toco a @kaerpediem las cuales me llevaron a reflexionar en algo que siempre me ha preocupado, el ahorro de los recursos naturales y el de la energía eléctrica.

This week the selected questions are for @kaerpediem which led me to reflect on something that has always worried me, saving natural resources and electricity.

¿Prefieres quedarte sin agua ni luz durante una semana? / Would you rather go without water or electricity for a week?

Desde niña siempre me ha preocupado el ahorro del agua, ya que tenía conocimiento por relatos de mi mamá, que cuando tuvo que subir tobos de agua al cerro donde ella vivía, ya que en esa zona no contaban con las condiciones para que llegara de manera cómoda y esos relatos siempre los tuve presente en mi crecimiento, al contrario, nosotros siempre contamos con la tranquilidad de tener agua, ya que si se iba, siempre teníamos almacenada en pipotes.

A medida que fui creciendo, siempre me preocupaba no desperdiciar el agua, ya que pensaba en esas zonas, donde era escasas, y le hacía comentarios a la familia cuando conseguía un chorro abierto, les decía en Maracaibo muchos no tienen agua, y tu la dejas desperdiciar. Ya en la actualidad, si hemos sufrido de escases de agua, y aunque donde actualmente vivo, contamos con tres tanques, el suministro de agua era muy escaso, lo cual nos llevo a tomar medidas de ahorro, ya que el agua es tan necesaria, para realizar muchas actividades diarias, como la higiene personal, la limpieza y la cocina y más ahora con esta pandemia se ha vuelto más necesaria, ya que debemos de mantener una higiene más constante, para evitar el contagio.

Y aunque la electricidad se ha vuelto muy importante en el avance tecnológico, ya que permite que tengamos muchos beneficios, si tendría que elegir entre estas dos opciones, sin pensarlo dos veces, escogería el agua, solo ayer por algunas complicaciones, no contábamos con agua potable, fue algo desesperante y solo teníamos pocas horas, sin consumirla, además con esta ola de calor que estamos atravesando, podríamos hasta deshidratarnos.

Espero que muchas personas tomen conciencia, para así conservar nuestros recursos naturales, ya que todo ser vivo necesita hidratarse, lo necesitamos los humanos, la naturaleza y hasta la misma electricidad. Aprovecho de invitar a mi prima @proymet, espero aceptes mi invitación.

Since I was a child, I have always been concerned about saving water, since I had knowledge from my mother's stories that when she had to climb water pipes to the hill where she lived, since in that area they did not have the conditions for her to arrive in such a way comfortable and those stories I always had in mind in my growth, on the contrary, We always have the peace of mind of having water, since if he left, we always had it stored in pipotes.

As I grew older, I was always concerned not to waste water, since I thought about those areas, where it was scarce, and I made comments to the family when I got an open jet, I told them in Maracaibo, many do not have water, and you let it waste. Already today, if we have suffered from water shortages, and although where I currently live, we have three tanks, the water supply was very scarce, which led us to take saving measures, since water is so necessary, to perform many daily activities , such as personal hygiene, cleaning and cooking and more now with this pandemic it has become more necessary, since we must maintain a more constant hygiene, to avoid contagion.

And although electricity has become very important in technological advancement, since it allows us to have many benefits, If I would have to choose between these two options, without thinking twice, I would choose the water, only yesterday due to some complications, we did not have drinking water, it was desperate and we only had a few hours, without consuming it, also with this heat wave that we are going through, we could even become dehydrated.

I hope that many people become aware, in order to conserve our natural resources, since every living being needs to hydrate, we humans, nature and even electricity need it. I take advantage of inviting my cousin @proymet, I hope you accept my invitation.
