Hola querida comunidad de #Motherhood, hoy me trae de vuelta a ustedes la alegría que sentí al dar a conocer al hijo de un amigo, un postre tan tradicional en nuestra Venezuela, como lo es el quesillo, que sorpresa me lleve cuando en diciembre hablando de su cumpleaños, el cual sería el 4 de enero, le dije que para ese día yo le traería de obsequio un quesillo, y su repuesta fue "A mi no me gustan los quesos, ni el blanco, ni el amarillo, ni el azul" 😲 Le dije que el quesillo era un dulce y que no era con queso, su papá quiso explicarle, pero apenas cumpliría 5 años, así que esperaríamos el día de su cumpleaños, para que el por fin conociera y probara un quesillo.

Pasaron los día, y llego el martes 4 de enero, salí con mi hijo Manuel a meter nuestros resumen curriculares en una cadena de mercado de nuestra región, como caminamos varios kilómetros, al regresar como la casa de la tía @irissol estaba más cerca que la nuestra, decidimos pasar a visitarla, para descansar un ratito y aprovechar de tomar agua, entonces su esposo dice que tiene que realizar una mascara de Spiderman, y era para ayer, y el cumpleañero es sobrino de él, y le pregunte ¿Leandro de Jesús ya va a cumplir años?, a lo que respondió: es hoy, 😲 Salimos de prisa🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️ ya que no me gusta faltar a mi palabra, y debía realizarle su quesillo y no contábamos con refrigerador, para que se enfriara.

Después de realizar el almuerzo, procedí a elaborar el quesillo, para que el pequeño disfrutara en su cumpleaños de este excelente y muy rico postre. Caramelice la quesillera, puse en la licuadora 200 ml de agua, 1/2 taza de leche en polvo, media taza de azúcar, mientras licuaba, fui integrando, uno por uno los 4 huevos, luego adicione una tapita de licor, en este caso utilice anís y dos de vainilla. Luego vertí la mezcla en la quesillera caramelizada y lo lleve a baño María durante 1 hora.

Esperamos que el quesillo se refrescara y cuando ya estaba comestible, acudimos a llevárselo a su casa, cuando llegamos ya le habían cantado cumpleaños, él al verme le dije que por favor me trajera un plato, y el como todo niño me pregunto ¿Me trajiste una torta?😅 Le volví a decir, por favor tráeme un plato, fue y lo busco y observaba fijamente lo que yo hacia, al desmoldar el quesillo el dijo al verlo, que rico una torta de chocolate, y le pregunte: ¿Qué te dije, que te haría en tu cumpleaños? y el dijo: Queso😅

Le hable de este postre que es típico de Venezuela, le explique su preparación y al probarlo podemos apreciar en su rostro que le encanto, tanto así que quiso comer otro poco, mi pareja me pelea, ya que dije que este año me pondría a vender quesillos por encargo y vivo haciéndolos es como mi regalo de cumpleaños 😅 pero no me van a negar que esa cara de emoción, vale más que todo el dinero, además que lo estoy formando en cuanto a nuestra tradiciones.
