100% reinvested in my dCity

So, here we are! I've reinvested 100% of my initial investment in my dCity.

I started playing at the end of november 2020, investing 478 hive, 59€ at the time, which converted to 107174 SIM. I soon realized that this would not take me very far and then reinvested 680 hive (84€ or 152466 SIM), so a grand total of 144€/1158Hive/259641SIM.

I decided to keep 33% of every SIM earned and reinvest 66% and made myself a nice google Sheet to keep track of it.

Finally, yesterday, I hit the 100% SIM reinvested in my dCity.

My city with the bubbles

What's my status now ?

My SIM power is 55k SIM, with 42K SIM in the Liquidity pool and 17K SIM in my portfolio. My Liquidity pool participation is solely based on my SIM Savings (I swapped my SIM savings to Hive in order to enter the pool).
My SIM Power and dCity ranking got me 54 Hive that I delegated to Leo.voter, which in turn gave me 5 LEO.
I just recently started posting, commenting and curating, so those activities don't really have impact on my balance.

This means that I now own :

54 Hive on my account
42 Hive in the liquidity pool
42K Sim in the pool (~42 Hive)
17K SIM (~17 Hive)

For a total of 155 Hive.

This is quite far from the 1158 Hive I invested last year, but with the huge pump in hive prices, it's almost as much euro as I invested!

What's next :

I'm not really decided yet. I could try to get all my earnings back to euros, taking advantage of the high Hive prices.
This would mean going back to 0 SIM, vastly decreasing my SIM Power, dramatically decreasing my Hive reward. Same for my Hive power delegation, so, no more free LEO.

Or I could come up with another savings/reinvest schema, not powering up every Hive I've got...
What do you think ?

Concerning my dCity, my next goal is to make it more efficient.
At the beginning, the BEER, WEED, and GAMER rewards where interesting. But today, it's very low and does not really impact anything.
So I'll check the prices for Brewery, Weed Farm and Casino and see if I can swap them for more interesting cards.
I should also check my apartments and basic houses and see if it's interesting to switch to Luxury Homes. I already know that, at the moment, the apartment are overvalued compared to basic homes. So that will be my first move.

My city composition !

I'll also try to enter the trading game, like @jelly13 does, bidding low and asking high for the same cards !

That's it! My first post about my dCity!
I'll try to make nice follow up post in the future. Long live dCity!

What a disreputable leader you chose to follow! It is still time to avoid the dark side.

Haha!
I didn't perform a background check on you ;)
I just noticed that you were buying low, selling high and that I usually end up buying from you !
If I remember correctly, that's what Warren Buffet said we should do.
