Evening stroll in search of a breeze that sweeps away today's oppressive heat. Nowadays, every day is a challenge and arriving not exhausted in the evening is difficult. As a child, together with my friends, we used to stay on the beach throwing stones, in particular, using flat stones of the right size, we challenged whoever made the most jumps.

I haven't thrown stones for a long time now, but a little practice is actually enough to start throwing decency again. Of course the sea must be flat, the inclination of the launch must be such as not to take the surface of the water sideways, causing it to sink without even a jump.

My son is amused and always asks me to repeat the throw, but after about twenty attempts my arm starts to be sore, no longer used to these sudden and energetic movements. So we sit and watch the sea, every now and then a fish jumps out of the water and immediately dives in, as if it wanted to observe what is happening out there.

Passeggiata serale alla ricerca di ina brezza che spazzi via il caldo opprimente di oggi. Ormai ogni giorno è una sfida e arrivare non sfiniti alla sera è difficile. Da piccolo, assieme ai miei amici, eravamo soliti restare kn spiaggia a lanciare i sassi, in particolare, utilizzando pietre piatte e della giusta dimensione, ci sfidavamo a chi facesse più salti.

È tanto tempo ormai che non lancio più le pietre, ma in realtà basta un po' di esercizio per riprendere a lanciare cin decenza. Certo il mare deve essere piatto, l'inclinazione del lancio deve essere tale da non prendere la superficie dell'acqua di traverso, causando l'affondamento senza neanche un salto.

Mio figlio è divertito e mi chiede sempre di ripetere il lancio, ma dopo una ventina di tentativi il mio braccio inizia ad essere dolorante, ormai non più abituato a questi movimenti bruschi ed energici. Così restiamo seduti ad osservare il mare, ogni tanto un pesce salta fuori dall'acqua e subito si tuffa dentro, quasi volesse osservare cosa stia acca lì fuori.
