I finally inaugurated the ice cream season! Actually I could have done it for a few weeks but every good purpose has been shelved for various reasons: rain, unforeseen events or various events. In the city there is a road in the historic center, via Zanardelli, which leads to the port of the city. It is a street full of commercial activities, mostly restaurants and ice cream shops, and it is impossible to resist the temptation.

Finally yesterday I took the opportunity to enter the Saben ice cream maker and choose the flavors of my ice cream! The ice cream parlor offers a limited range of homemade ice creams, made in the laboratory in the next room and the scent of cream is immediately perfectible to my nose! Here they make, in my opinion, the best ice cream ever, among the many ice cream parlors I've visited here and there.

The taste of the cream reminds me a lot of my mom's homemade cream, when she prepared cake for lunch on Sunday morning! Aaaahhh, how wonderful! In addition to the crema, I also chose the white coffee flavor with vanilla pods. A new guato for me but surprised by the double aftertaste of coffee and vanilla. Tasty!

Me, my wife and my son sat at the table outside the ice cream shop, enjoying our delicious ice cream. The day is also perfect, few people when we entered the ice cream shop. The ice cream costs 2.5 euros, also adorned with a good biscuit! Yum!

Finalmente ho inaugurato la stagione del gelato! In realtà avrei potuto farlo già da wualche settimana ma ogni buon proposito è stato accantonato per vari motivi: pioggia, imprevisti o eventi vari. In città vi è una strada nel centro storico, via Zanardelli, che conduce al porto della città. È una via piena di attività commerciali, in maggioranza attività do ristorazione e gelaterie, ed è impossibile resistere alla tentazione.

Finalmente ieri ho colto l'occasione per entrare nella gelatiera Saben e scegliere i gusti del mio gelato! La gelateria offre una gamma ristretta di gelati artigianali, realizzati nel laboratorio presente nella stanza accanto e il profumo di crema è subìto perfettibile al mio naso! Qui realizzano, secondo la mia opinione, il gelato alla crema più buono in assoluto, tra le tante gelaterie che ho visitato qua e là.

Il gusto della crema mi ricorda molto la crema fatta in casa da mia mamma, quando la domenica mattina preparava la torta per il pranzo! Aaaahhh, che meraviglia! Oltre alla crema, ho scelto anche il gusto di caffè bianco con bacce di vaniglia. Un guato nuovo per me ma sorpreso dal duplice retrogusto di caffè e vaniglia. Gustoso!

Io, mia moglie e mio figlio ci siamo seduti al tavolino esterno alla gelateria, gustando il nostro buonissimo gelato. La giornata è anche perfetta, poca gente al momento in cui siamo entrati in gelateria. Il gelato ha un costo di 2.5 euro, ornato anche di un buon biscotto! Gnam!
