Recargando Energía en Playa Guacuco - Isla de Margarita 🌴 [ Esp/Eng]

La playa definitivamente es un espacio cargado de mucha Energía. Nos llena de vitalidad, plenitud, nos sentimos en conexión con nuestro ser y lo que nos rodea.

Hoy los quiero llevar a playa guacuco, ubicada en el municipio Arismendi. Es una playa de poco oleaje y profundidad, muy tranquila e ideal para los niños. La visito con frecuencia, ya que se encuentra cerca de mi casa, de hecho, sólo 10 minutos en vehículo y ya estoy en ese hermoso lugar.

A veces es necesario entender que no necesitamos grandes cosas para disfrutar lo esencial de la vida. Ésta salida en particular. Fue cero planificada, solo sentí el llamado a disfrutar de la simplicidad sin tanto protocolo y lo disfruté demasiado.

Esta playa tiene una orilla maravillosa que se presta para hacer caminatas, amo hacer los recorridos a lo largo de la playa, es una sensación muy agradable sentir la brisa del mar, el calor del sol, el agua en tus pies y en sonido de las olas, es la combinación perfecta para relajarte, mejorar tu estado de ánimo, poner en orden tus pensamientos o simplemente sentirte feliz y recargado de Energía.

Durante mi recorrido pude ver un pez globo, fue fascinante verlo, y por supuesto tomé una fotito que les comparto hoy.

Ya para finalizar mi visita, como bien saben, la playa da mucha hambre, y no me podía perder las empanadas que venden alli ¡son espectaculares!

Today I want to take you to Guacuco beach, located in the municipality of Arismendi, is a beach with little waves and depth, it is very quiet and ideal for children. I visit it frequently, since it is close to my house, just 10 minutes away by car and I am in that beautiful place.

Sometimes it is necessary to understand that we do not need big things to enjoy the essentials of life. This particular outing. It was zero planned, I just felt the call to enjoy the simplicity without so much protocol and I enjoyed it too much.
This beach has a wonderful shore that lends itself for walks, I love to walk along the beach, it is a very nice feeling to feel the sea breeze, the warmth of the sun, the water on your feet and the sound of the waves, it is the perfect combination to relax, improve your mood, put your thoughts in order or just feel happy and recharged with energy.
During my tour I was able to see a puffer fish, it was fascinating to see it, here is a photo of it.

Finally, as you know, the beach is very hungry, I could not miss the empanadas they sell there, they are spectacular!
