Buying cards in Splinterlands is as essential in the game as publishing, voting and commenting content in hive, it is a necessary way to grow, and in this case being a play2earn (play to win) the investment becomes absolutely necessary. While there are players who have understood this, there are others who are reluctant to the subject, in my case I am investing according to my possibilities, but I am convinced that it must be done and now is a good time to acquire cards, I will explain why.

2- Low prices in the market

The first point has to do with the announcement made by the @splinterlands team where they indicate that there will be a change in the rewards, specifically in the use of own or rented cards, where you will get profits for it, but if you use only cards from the spellbook your rewards will be very reduced, and if you play in leagues below silver, you will practically earn nothing.

The second point is the most interesting for me, I remember that I entered this game at the end of last year and the prices on some cards were sky high, but with the inclusion of Chaos legion the market has taken a downward trend that is worth taking advantage of, because when the available packs of this edition run out, both the cards in the game and the packs in the secondary markets will increase in price, making it more difficult to acquire new cards.

Keeping those two points in mind, I have made some purchases to improve my deck, I didn't go for packs because I have very bad luck with it, in this report you can see how I did with 7 packs I acquired some time ago, so this time I have bought some individual cards that are quite useful in battles.

Economically I did excellent with these prices, and I have saved a lot of money with some of them, at least the ones corresponding to the Reward edition have lowered a lot of value compared to how they were before Chaos Legion, their price has decreased about 80%.

With those three cards alone I saved $18.33, which would have hurt if I had bought them back then, even so, I'm sure these cards will go back up in price when the uptrend returns and the new rewards mode mentioned above is implemented, and in turn they will continue to go up when the remaining Chaos legion packs run out.

Reporte financiero: Comprando cartas en Splinterlands

Comprar cartas en Splinterlands es tan esencial en el juego como publicar, votar y comentar contenido en hive, es una forma necesaria de crecer, y en este caso al ser un play2earn (jugar para ganar) la inversión se vuelve absolutamente necesaria. Si bien hay jugadores que han entendido esto, hay otros que son reacios al tema, en mi caso voy invirtiendo según mis posibilidades, pero estoy convencido que se debe hacer y ahorita es un buen tiempo para adquirir cartas, te voy a explicar el porqué de ello.

1- Nuevo sistema de recompensas
2- Precios bajos en el mercado

El primer punto tiene que ver con el anuncio hecho por el equipo de @splinterlands donde indican que habrá un cambio en las recompensas, específicamente en el uso de cartas propias o alquiladas, donde obtendrás ganancias por ello, pero si usas solo cartas del spellbook tus recompensas serán muy reducidas, y si juegas en ligas inferiores a plata, prácticamente no ganaras nada.

El segundo punto es el más interesante para mí, recuerdo que ingrese a este juego finalizando el año pasado y los precios en algunas cartas estaban por las nubes, pero con la inclusión de Chaos legión el mercado ha tomado una tendencia bajista que vale la pena aprovechar, porque cuando se acaben los packs disponibles de esta edición, tanto las cartas en el juego como los packs en los mercados secundarios van a aumentar de precio, haciendo más difícil la adquisición de nuevas cartas.

Teniendo esos dos puntos en cuenta, he realizado algunas compras para mejorar mi mazo, no me decidí por packs porque tengo muy mala suerte con ello, en este reporte puedes ver cómo me fue con 7 packs que adquirí hace un tiempo, por lo que en esta ocasión he comprado algunas cartas individuales que me son bastante útiles en las batallas.

A nivel económico me fue excelente con estos precios, y me he ahorrado un buen dinero con algunas de ellas, por lo menos las correspondientes a la edición Reward han bajado mucho de valor en comparación a como estaban antes de Chaos legión, su precio ha disminuido un 80% aproximadamente.

Con esas tres cartas solamente me ahorre $18.33, lo cual me habría dolido si las hubiera comprado en aquel entonces, aun asi, estoy seguro que estas cartas volverán a subir de precio cuando retorne la tendencia alcista y se implemente la nueva modalidad de recompensas mencionada anteriormente, y a su vez seguirán subiendo cuando se acaben los packs restantes de Chaos legión.

Como podrás notar, es un buen momento para adquirir cartas, ya sea para jugar o para vender más adelante, aun asi, esta conclusión no es un consejo financiero de mi parte, pero si mi interpretación del mercado presente, asi que, si te animas a hacerlo puede ser una oportunidad de inversión.
