I am alive challenge #227 / A changed season
Hello beautiful people here, how are you all doing? Time flies so quickly and days are fast. I'm glad to be alive in good health.
It's been a lot of hustling since my university union striked which is over 8 months now. Thank God the strike was finally called off and we have been told to resume next month which is a relieve to most of us students. I can't but keep getting sad about how far I could have gone if not for the strike, it's just like repeating a year again because we are one section behind calendar. Rain stopped falling here though we experienced flood this year in most of the states in Nigeria and it was really massive as most people lost their lives to it and most homes gone.
Now that we are in a dry season, I wouldn't say I'm happy or sad that rain stopped falling because that's what makes my work go well with farmers and I'm not happy that flood keeps sending many people out of their beautiful homes. It's another Monday to do our activities, laziness is not allowed if we want to live a better life. Stay great people and have a great day.
