Ask Leo: What are the chances of bull runs in November month?

If you would agree with me, October was surely a month of much expectations to everyone and we all believed it was going to be bullish enough to pump many coins.

I could see how much pumps we had and it was so little to what was supposed to be. It shows that the bears are still roaring in a corner and still in power against bulls. Despite the projects many altcoins are doing recently, it shows a weak strength and low pumps. The grades of being bullish in October fell so low and many were disappointed a real time. Now, this is another month and it's November, a month to end the year. Could it be bullish to cover the bears we have had this year? That I think may not really happen this month. Even if we were to have a bullish trend, it wouldn't all happen in November to be stable. One month isn't enough to balance the losses we have had which is why I look into 2023 for a bullish trend.
