Getting closer to my Seasonal goal in the Modern League

How is your weekend going so far over there in your City? I’m enjoying the sunny weather today cos it doesn’t come easy these days. I’m predicting it’s gonna rain hard tomorrow as there hasn’t been any sign of rain today. So I’ve been home all day. I just saw a movie titled Obsession. It’s a horror movie but also an interesting one. Kudos to the director cos he did a great job on this one. I fought more battles in the Splinterlands game and so far, and in the MODERN league I’ve been able to increase my total GLINT this season to 5519 GLINT with only about 481 GLINT left for me to earn to achieve my target for this season. My total GLING balance is also 48,617. I’m doing pretty good in the MODERN league lately which is a good thing. It’s now 5 days left before this season ends and I’m excited that I’ve been able to get closer to my seasonal target which implies I’ll definitely achieve it before the end of the season.

When I was done with the MODERN league this noon, I moved on to the FRONTIER league where I was able to claim my second set of prize for the day. The second set contained four foundation cards and 2 entries into the weekly FORTUNE draws in the league. I now have about 21 entries so far this week. The four cards which I recently claimed include the NIM GUARD CAPTAIN which is one of my favourite cards, the SPINETAIL FIEND, the SPITTING CAMEL and the TWICE YESTER KNIGHT. The first and the third cards are the one which I’ve been most familiar with but lately I’ve started making use of the second and the fourth cards and they are pretty much great too. That happens when my favorite ARCHON is not listed for a battle and I have no option than to go with the available ARCHON and its unit cards. I’m still active in the FRONTIER league this noon and will be playing more of the MODERN league battles later at night. I’ll be dropping feedback on my adventure when I’m done.
