Momentos de recuerdos y café//Moments of memories and coffee.
Venezuela es tradición a café, no cabe duda que esta tierra tiene este aroma grabado en el viento que inunda sus pueblos, una de las cosas que amo de este país es el olor del guarapo recién colado en la mañana para empezar el día.
Los venezolanos tienen una tradición y es beber café para empezar el día lleno de vitalidad, por tanto desde pequeña tuve en mi olfato este aroma, en la madrugada mientras me alistaba para ir al colegio, observaba a mi abuela colar el famoso guayoyo para todos en casa a excepción de los niños quienes no podían tomarlo, fue hasta los 14 años que probé mi primer café y a partir de ese momento me convertí en una amante de esta bebida.
Aunque el café tiene múltiples usos y estilos de preparación siempre el guayoyo será mi primera opción, pero ayer me tope con un lugar muy bonito y decidí conocerlo, acompañándolo de un delicioso café.

Although coffee has multiple uses and preparation styles, guayoyo will always be my first choice, but yesterday I came across a very nice place and decided to visit it, accompanied by a delicious coffee.
Llegué al lugar de día muy rápido, pues iba de retorno a casa para preparar el almuerzo pero la belleza del lugar y el olor a café que se extendía alrededor me hizo detenerme, al entrar me atendió el dueño y una amable chica que me entrego la carta de menú, con una sonrisa en el rostro le indique que solo tomaría un café capuchino.
Sin pensarlo se insto a preparar mi petición y mientras esperaba, estudie la cantidad de postres y bebidas a base de café que ofrecían a la clientela y debo decirles que estaré visitando a menudo el lugar no solo por la atención, si no además por la variedad en cuanto a café que ofrecen.
Al llegar mi pedido me sentí fascinada no solo por la estética, si no además el sabor era genial,estaba en el punto perfecto de un capuchino, además la galleta era muy crujiente, mientras me disfrute este delicioso café conversaba con el dueño quién me comentaba que la inauguración fue hace pocos días y que pronto estarían ofreciendo más variedad postres y café.
Luego de disfrutar mi café y conversar un rato, me dispuse a salir del lugar no sin antes pedir las redes sociales para seguirlos y estar atenta a sus nuevos lanzamientos, les confieso que cada nueva experiencia con el café me.trae recuerdos de mi infancia y de todos los momentos gratos que he vivido en compañía del negrito como le decimos en nuestro país.
I arrived at the place very quickly during the day, because I was on my way back home to prepare lunch but the beauty of the place and the smell of coffee that spread around made me stop, when I entered I was attended by the owner and a kind girl who gave me the menu card, with a smile on my face I indicated that I would only have a cappuccino coffee.
Without thinking about it she insisted to prepare my request and while I was waiting, I studied the amount of desserts and coffee based drinks offered to the clientele and I must tell you that I will be visiting the place often not only for the attention, but also for the variety of coffee they offer.
When my order arrived I was fascinated not only by the aesthetics, but also the taste was great, it was at the perfect point of a cappuccino, plus the cookie was very crunchy, while I enjoyed this delicious coffee I talked to the owner who told me that the opening was a few days ago and that soon they would be offering more variety desserts and coffee.
After enjoying my coffee and chatting for a while, I decided to leave the place but not before asking for the social networks to follow them and be aware of their new releases, I confess that each new experience with coffee brings back memories of my childhood and all the pleasant moments I have lived in the company of the negrito as we say in our country.
