Hola hola Hivers, como viajero comer en los mercados siempre es buena opción para conocer los platos típicos...

A lo cual fuí por un viejo confiable chifa, que además es pet friendly..

El término CHIFA habría surgido en la década de 1930 entre los limeños al escuchar a los chinos utilizar la voz chifan como llamado para comer en las fondas que ellos tenían.

Ya en casa, les cuento que el CHIFA tiene muchas variedades, y consta normalmente de una variedad de preparaciones combinadas, como arróz salteado, vegetales con pollo y carne, y tallarines con salsa.

Usualmente se sirve con entrada de sopa, y es un resuelve muy popular en Perú.

Este es uno que comimos en Chiclayo, miren que buena pinta.

Así es Perú, te encuentas una joya en cada esquina si mantienes los ojos bien abiertos. Como estas ruinas incas, en plena ciudad... Hasta mañana, saludos!

Se ve un poco diferente a la comida china Venezolana, pero en esencia es igual. Me dió curiosidad su sabor, a mí me encanta la de aquí, la verdad, es quizás mi primera opción (junto a la pizza) para comer fuera de casa.

Interesante la historia detrás del nombre ✨
